When will you receive email?

The e-mails are sent as part of the overnight process. They leave here after 10:00PM Monday thru Friday.

How many emails may you register?

There can be up to four for the acknowledgement and up to four for shipping notification.

Additionally, there can be different e-mails depending on the ship to information. But only four per purchase order can be entered.

Where will the email come from?

The email notification will be generated from our sister company Illinois Lock. Please ensure that your email security filters are set up to accept the following email address: root@illinoislock.com
